We’ve compiled some of the most frequently asked questions about the PK XD Universe:
- How do I get coins?
There are several ways to get coins within our Universe. You can:
- Working at Pizza Delivery: hand out pizzas to our hungry citizens before time runs out. You’re going to receive your salary and can do that as many times as you’d like a day!
- Working at Fruit Juice: the robot needs help picking fruit! Deliver the order to him as soon as possible to receive a nice reward.
- Compete in Crazy Run: if you finish the race, you win prizes in coins and even tickets.
- Play Pet Parade: you need to count how many pets are passing by the conveyor belt! If you get the number right, you win coins and tickets.
- Log into PK XD every day: yes, there are daily rewards! And the longer you stay within the Universe, the more coins you can accumulate.
- Update PK XD: whenever you update your game, Update Girl gives you coins as a way to thank you!
- Surprise boxes: they’re scattered throughout the PK XD Universe and if you find them, you’ll win!

- How do I get gems?
With gems, you can buy luxury items from PK XD, but actually getting them is a bit more work.
The most common way is through surprise boxes hidden within the PK XD Universe or when you finish 5 minigames.
If you feel as if collecting gems takes you too much time, you can talk to your parents about buying one of our gem packages using real-life money. We have several options and offers waiting for you!
- Ever thought about playing PK XD on your PC?
PK XD for PC is a version called Closed Test, released only to some players in our Universe. For you to be able to play, you need to get your hands on an access password.
To play, you need to have a PC that supports the game. For this, you need to have a Windows 8(64-bit) or Macintosh (MacOS) operating system, 2 GB RAM and 1.5 GB of storage. If your PC meets these minimum requirements, please follow the steps below to download and install the game. But remember: you need an access password for the game.
It’s easy to enter the universe of PK XD on your computer. Follow these steps to download it:
If your computer runs on Windows:
- Click on “Download Now.”
- Open the file that will appear in the “Downloads” folder, and the game installation will start automatically.
- Accept the Windows pop-up to release the installation by clicking "Run anyway". The file is safe, and this is an automatic Windows warning.
If your computer is a Mac:
- Click on “Download Now.”
- Open the file that will appear in the “Downloads” folder.
- Drag the file into the “Applications” folder and open it.
- Authorize your PC to open PK XD.
After installation, log in with your e-mail/password or click on “New Player.” Then, enter the access password. Once you enter it for the first time, you won’t need to re-enter it. Now you’re ready to enjoy the PK XD Universe!
